The Sleeping Iron Giant is one of a number of pieces of public art commissioned during the time of Heartlands Development Corporation. This was by Ondre Nowakowski (1992). It is to be found close to Birmingham City FC and fans regularly paint the nose blue, club fans being known as 'blue noses'. |
