Centrally placed in Centenary Square, The
Spirit of Enterprise (Tom Lomax, 1991) is a bronze water fountain.
The fountain has three heads. The one shown here is an allegory to
Commerce
with others depicting Enterprise and Industry. This piece
contrasts both with the Raymond Mason Forward statue and Tofts bronze pieces
around the Hall of Memory.
